• Joined as employee ~100 at an early-stage startup and supported the company through a 10x growth journey to over 1,000 employees and a successful public offering (CSTL) — scaling IT infrastructure every step of the way across 3 buildings in Friendswood, TX.
• Traveled to Phoenix, AZ and Pittsburgh, PA offices to physically run and terminate network cables, deploy workstations, and configure devices — ensuring each remote site was fully operational from day one.
• Resolved Tier 1 & Tier 2 helpdesk tickets remotely and on-site — averaging 80 tickets closed per month covering hardware, software, and network issues — while managing new-hire onboarding across a rapidly growing headcount.
• Spearheaded a Windows 11 migration and device refresh across 300+ machines, coordinating cross-team execution with minimal disruption to end users.
• Served as primary point of contact for all website updates and production deployments, ensuring accurate and timely releases.
• Built an internal route-mapping tool to help the sales team efficiently plan travel between clinics and physician locations, reducing coordination time across a growing provider network.
• Rode the MS 150 Houston to College Station charity ride under Team Castle Biosciences — 150 miles raising funds for Multiple Sclerosis research, reflecting the company's culture of giving back.

• Provided day-to-day user support for a SaaS platform — resetting passwords, restoring account access, and walking users step-by-step through the application to ensure they could navigate and complete tasks confidently.
• Served as a first point of contact for end-users, patiently guiding both technical and non-technical users through the platform's features, troubleshooting errors in real time, and documenting recurring issues to help improve the support process.
• Escalated complex or unresolved issues to senior staff with detailed notes, reducing resolution time and ensuring no tickets fell through the cracks.
• Designed and launched a front-end index webpage with anchor links and clean navigation — giving users a fast, intuitive way to find information within the platform's documentation.

• Provided IT support across the entire Commerce Building — covering 2 computer labs and multiple classrooms — troubleshooting hardware and software issues for students and faculty on Windows-based systems.
• Imaged and deployed 200+ campus computers across labs and classrooms, handling OS setup, software installation, and configuration for each machine.
• Terminated and tested network cables throughout the building to support reliable connectivity across all workstations and classroom equipment.
• Troubleshot classroom AV equipment to ensure systems were functional and ready for daily instruction.
• Balanced full-time studies with work — actively participating in hackathons including CodeRED sponsored by Major League Hacking and the Rice Hackathon, applying classroom and on-the-job skills in competitive, team-based environments.

• Launched 9 new locations across LA and San Francisco — owning vendor coordination, scheduling, and go-live execution to deliver each store fully operational on day one.
• Built out full network infrastructure at every site: deployed routers, managed switches, and configured LAN/WAN — coordinating with ISPs to ensure uptime from opening.
• Deployed and configured all store hardware — workstations, POS terminals, printers, and IP cameras — handling imaging, drivers, and system setup end-to-end.
• Managed vendors across hardware, telecom, and security contractors — aligning delivery timelines and verifying all equipment met standards before installation.
• Supported 19 active locations across Texas and California — monitoring and resolving connectivity, workstation, and peripheral issues to keep downtime minimal across the network.
• Sole IT contact for store staff — providing on-site and remote troubleshooting across all hardware, network, and software systems.
